At Gauri Saree, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering your products, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only under the following circumstances:
1. Wrong Item Delivered
2. Damaged or Defective Product (must be unwashed and unworn)
3. Product Mismatch with Order Details
4. Missing Product in Shipment
Returns are not accepted for:
· Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
· Products bought during sale/discounts or clearance
· Custom-stitched or tailored sarees, blouses, or lehengas
Return Window
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at info@gaurisaree.com with:
· Order ID
· Reason for return
· Unboxing video and images of the product (mandatory for damage claims)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Return Pickup & Shipping
· If approved, we will arrange for return pickup from your location (available in select areas).
· In other cases, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our address. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by our team. Once approved:
· Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
· COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer after sharing valid account details.
· In case of partial returns, the refund will be for the value of the returned items only.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return an eligible product and place a new order separately.
