RETURNS

If you want to return the product, you can do so within 10 days of its receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the receipt. You will have the option of either exchanging the product or receiving an e-voucher.

RETURN PROCESS

The customer can return the product by informing us via email at info@gaurisaree.com along with the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.

REFUND

Refund is provided for only Prepaid Orders, your refund will be initiated by us within 10 business days of receiving the refund request. In case of COD orders - Your refund is in the form of an e-voucher which shall be sent to your email-ID and can be redeemed at any date prior to its expiry. In case of refunds, shipping charges will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.

RETURNS WITH PROMO CODE & DISCOUNTS

If a promo code or a discount has been used at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.

EXCHANGE

You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged the first time.
